Who we are
YORXEN LTD is a UK business-to-business lead-generation company, registered in England and Wales (company no. 17303256), registered office 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London WC2H 9JQ. We are registered with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO), registration ZC183869. We are not a lender, broker, or financial adviser. Contact us at [email protected].
What this website collects
There is no login and we set no cookies. You can read every page on this site without telling us who you are. Two pages are different, because both are forms: the introduction form, which only opens if we have sent you the link, and the broker enquiry form, which anyone can open.
The introduction form
If you complete the introduction form at yorxen.com/intro, we record your company name and company number, your name, your mobile number, your answers to the two questions on the form, the exact wording of the consent you agreed to, the name of the broker it names, the time you gave it, and the IP address the form was submitted from. The IP address is kept as part of the evidence that the consent was given.
We use this for one purpose: to introduce your business to the named broker, and to be able to show, if asked, that you agreed to that introduction. The lawful basis is your consent. We keep the consent record as proof that it was given; withdrawing your consent stops any further introduction immediately, but does not erase the fact that it was given at the time. To withdraw, reply to any of our emails, or write to [email protected].
You have the right to ask what we hold about you, to have it corrected, to object to our use of it, and to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
The broker enquiry form
If you complete the broker enquiry form at yorxen.com/broker-enquiry, we record your name, your work email address, your firm, your role, what you tell us you are looking for, your phone number if you give one, and the IP address the form was submitted from. The IP address is kept to limit abuse of the form.
This form is for finance brokers and lenders who want to buy leads from us. It is not for businesses looking for finance, and it does not collect or record anyone's consent to be introduced to a broker. We use what you send to reply and to carry on the conversation you started; we keep it for as long as the business relationship, or the prospect of one, lasts, then delete it.

If you email us
If you contact [email protected], we receive your email address and whatever you choose to write. We use it to reply and to carry on the conversation you started; we keep the thread for as long as the business relationship, or the prospect of one, lasts, then delete it. Our mailboxes are provided by Google Workspace.
Analytics
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, a privacy-first measurement tool that does not use cookies and does not track you across sites. It shows us aggregate counts, pages viewed, country, browser, not who you are.
Hosting
The site is served by Cloudflare. Like any web host, Cloudflare processes visitors' IP addresses to deliver pages and protect the site from abuse.
The cash-flow calculator
The calculator runs entirely in your browser. The figures you enter are never sent to us or stored anywhere.
If we've emailed your company
From time to time we email directors of UK private limited companies about their company's funding arrangements. If you've received one of those emails, this section explains what we hold, where it came from, and why we may process it.
What we hold. Your name and role, your business email address at your company's domain, and information from your company's public filings at Companies House — including registered charges, which show that the company has borrowed against its assets and when that was registered.
Where it comes from. The public Companies House register, and a commercial business-contact search service that locates and verifies business email addresses. We do not buy marketing lists.
Why we may process it. Our legitimate interest: we introduce companies that may benefit from reviewing their existing funding to a commercial finance broker, and the broker pays us a fee for each introduction made with the company's consent. You can object at any time (see Your rights below), and every email we send includes a one-line way to stop.
How we choose what to send. We select companies whose public filings show an outstanding registered charge, and we use the age of that charge and the company's industry to decide which of our template emails you receive. We do not make automated decisions about you that have legal or similarly significant effects.
Who receives the data. Service providers who process it on our behalf, under our instructions and data-processing terms, to run our systems and send our communications; and, only if you give explicit consent, the finance broker we introduce you to.
International transfers. Some of the providers that process personal data on our behalf are located outside the United Kingdom, including in the United States, the European Economic Area and Australia. Where a provider has a UK-recognised transfer mechanism in place, we rely on it — for most of our providers this is the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses as supplemented by the UK Addendum (the International Data Transfer Addendum issued by the Information Commissioner under section 119A of the Data Protection Act 2018), and for certain United States providers, in addition, the UK Extension to the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework. You can obtain a copy of the safeguards we rely on, or details of where they have been made available, by contacting us at [email protected].
How long we keep it. We keep your details for as long as they are relevant to our outreach to UK companies about business funding. If you ask us to stop — by replying to any of our emails, or by writing to [email protected] — replying stops the rest of that email sequence straight away, and we add your email address to a do-not-contact list, checked before every sending wave, which we keep permanently so we do not contact you again.
When we introduce a business to a broker
If a business asks us to introduce it to a named finance broker, the form will collect the contact details the business chooses to provide. Any handoff will take place only after the business gives explicit consent under a separate statement that names the receiving broker. The consent wording and timestamp will be kept with the handoff record.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask us what personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to our processing. Email [email protected]. You can also complain to the ICO at ico.org.uk.
