Anti-abuse and unsolicited messaging policy

YORXEN LTD (Companies House no. 17303256, registered office 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London WC2H 9JQ) operates yorxen.com, paidlate.co.uk and a small number of related sending domains used for our own business correspondence.

No spam promotion of our domains

We prohibit the promotion of our websites and domains through unsolicited bulk messaging. Neither YORXEN nor anyone acting for us is permitted to advertise our sites through bulk email, messaging spam, comment spam, or any similar channel. We do not buy bulk advertising in email sends, and we have no affiliate programme.

Our own correspondence

We contact UK limited companies and LLPs at corporate addresses about public business records, on a business-to-business basis under the UK Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations. Every message identifies who we are, explains why the recipient was contacted, and carries a working opt-out. An opt-out is honoured immediately and recorded on a suppression list; we do not message consumers, and we do not use purchased consumer lists.

Reporting abuse

If you believe you have received a message that misuses our name or domains, or you want your details removed, contact [email protected]. Reports are reviewed by a person and answered.
