We write to directors of UK limited companies about the funding side of their business. Below: who we are, where your company came from, what we would ask you, and how to end it in one reply.
Who we are
A registered UK company you can check.
YORXEN LTD is a B2B lead-generation company run by Artur Vainer. We are not a lender, broker, or adviser, and we are not authorised or regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority — any funding conversation happens between your company and an independent commercial finance broker.
Where your company came from
The public register, not a purchased list.
We read filings anyone can read — most often a charge registered against the company at Companies House with no satisfaction filed against it. The business email address comes from a commercial business-contact search service that finds and verifies work addresses on a company's own domain. We do not buy marketing lists.
A filing only tells us something exists on the record. Whether it still matters to you is not in the register — which is why the letter asks instead of assuming.
What we would ask
One question, and nothing moves without your written agreement.
We ask first
The letter asks whether an introduction to a commercial finance broker would be useful. If the answer is no, that is the end of it.
The receiving firm will be named before you decide
You will be shown which firm would receive the enquiry, by name, and asked for explicit consent. No consent, no handoff.
Your company will pay us nothing
There will be no cost to your business and no obligation to proceed.
Your data
What we hold, and your rights over it.
We hold your name and role, your business email address at your company's domain, and information from your company's public filings. We process it under legitimate interest, and you can object at any time. How to stop it
One reply. No form, no account, no reason needed.
Reply to the email with the single word STOP — or close, if that is what the letter offered. The reply is recorded against your address and we stop writing. You do not have to explain yourself, and you do not have to be polite about it.
If you no longer have the email, write to [email protected] and say so. If you would rather we erased what we hold than kept the record that says “do not contact”, say that instead — the privacy page covers both.
